PARIVAR TEA CANVAS

A unique opportunity for young talent to showcase themselves. We are looking for some of the best singers and performers to sing in 30 exclusively created tracks in Hindi and Marathi composed by leading composers.We are connecting to young India, confident India with talent that equals the best in the world. With this unique Parivar Tea Canvas Show we want to provide an international level platform to the best of our singers. The songs will be produced by one of India's premier music production houses - Flying Carpet Productions and videos for the songs will be shot by highly acclaimed international video director - Blake Farber.
The show will be anchored by Mihir Joshi, a GIMA Award winning singer and host of the popular youtube & television talk show - The MJ Show.
We are looking for originality. Be yourself. Be unique. We don't want you to sound like someone else. We want the best version of you, your voice, your style and attitude. The hunt for the best voices in India has started now ! Will it be YOU?

FAQ

1. Where is this happening?

The submission is online, if you are selected for an audition, you will be called to Mumbai.

2. Who can take part?

Individuals/Duos/Bands. Minimum age for participation is 16 years.

3. How can I send my voice demo to you?

You can send in your audition in the form of a '1 minute long' video of you singing along a backing track or other musical accompaniment. You should send us a link to your youtube channel or any other online service where you can upload your audition. We are looking for unique singing styles. Demo tapes will not be returned.

4. Will my travel and accommodation to Mumbai be taken care of if I'm selected?

Accommodation and Travel will not be covered by us, but we will help you to get accommodation in Mumbai at a good value and close proximity with the studio.

5. Who selects the participants on the show?

The selections will be done by an internal team of experts. The decision will be final and binding on all the participants.

6. What if I can't speak in Hindi or Marathi?

If you've got a distinctive quality in you, eg. you're a beatboxer or a rapper, send in your entries and we shall take a listen !

7. When will the final selected participants be announced?

8. How many participants will be selected?

7 to 10 participants will be selected. Selected Participants will have to sign the contract with flying carpet productions.

9. When does the show go online? When can we see the first episode?

10. What do I get if I get selected for the show?

Participants will be featured in music videos directed by acclaimed New York based video director - Blake Farber, and original music produced by Flying Carpet Productions. There is a special preperatory program for the selected participants.
